including Saturday, by 1pm, service to 99% of the UK to all UK postcodes.
Can be tracked online, with electronic POD and is insured up to £500
No max dimensions but max of 10kg.

Returns

Returns for damaged / incorrect items (our fault)

If the customer simply wants a refund, Have-Us will credit the customer back for the value of the goods, plus the value of the outbound postage and the value of the inbound postage for the consumer to return it to us (upto the value of a 1st Class Stamp). If the customer wishes for the item to be replaced we will send this out to them entirely free of any charge.

Returns for non-damaged /correctly sent goods (not our fault)
If the customer simply wants to return the products within their rights. We will credit the consumer back for the retail value of the sale, plus the value of the postage.

Cancellation

We operate a fast and efficient service where items are despatched as quickly as possible. Should you need to cancel an order after it has been despatched please see the ‘Returns’ section above. Providing the cancellation notice has been received in writing before despatch there will be no charge.
